Divergent Lines, a new multi-fandom fanzine, is seeking submissions for its first issue. The submission deadline is August 3rd, 2007.
Divergent Lines is a fanzine promoting fanfiction and fan art from any and all fandoms. Original art and photomanips are also accepted.

Okay, since I stayed up into the wee hours of the morning, I had a lot of time to brainstorm these fanfic challenges. Partake of them if you will or just ignore.
In my defence, however, I was bored, people. And I had no sleep. Plus I had Dr Pepper, if you know me, that’s bad. That is never a good combination. :P
FANFIC CHALLENGES
1) Russian Roulette based, Brennen has been shot by the Russians, Jesse’s reaction and thought processes throughout the episode and after.
2) What if Jesse was split into good and bad instead of Emma (In Double Vision).
3) The guys secretly want each other but no one's making a move. Until one of them falls asleep in the living area and blurts out something embarrassing in his sleep. Write about the outcome of that event.
4) The boys play dress up with Shal's clothes for Halloween. (okay perhaps I'm a bit hyper too)
5) The guys want a little private time, but everywhere they go in Sanctuary--inside and out--they keep getting interrupted. Must end with them finally getting their alone time. OR Brennen or Jesse is trying to tell the other how they feel and keep getting interrupted.
6) Jesse thinks Brennen is just a little too obsessed with his leather duster (coat he always wears). He organizes a little intervention for him with hilarious results.
7) One of the guys gets sick and the other plays nursemaid.
8) There's a slight hint that Brennen's past may not be perfect (in No Man Left Behind). Write a hurt/comfort fic where Jesse learns about it and helps Brennen deal.
9) An oblivious Brennen does not realize Jesse's feelings for him. One night, when there's a blackout, Jesse decides to make his move--on the wrong person by accident. Must end with Jesse finally getting his man.
10) A story based on the events of In Between, Brennen leading Jesse through shared memories to save his life.
11) Sexual tension is masked by the guys' constant bickering, yet everyone else sees that they want each other. Plus, Brennen is driving Jesse crazy by giving him light shocks. In a fit of madness, Jesse phases through him. A huge fight must ensue which leads to the guys ending up in the lab, getting a bit of ‘couples therapy’ from Adam. They must both deny their feelings. How it ends is up to you.
Yes, I am apparently on crack you guys. And now, I am going to bed. : P
